Mr. M'bengue is graduate from the Institute of higher learning in Management, Marketing and- Communication of Dakar, senegal, West Africa. M'bengue was appointed in leadership positions in his area in different organizations with fonctions related company start-up, Management and Marketing. He has a rich experience in the Senegalese private sector as well as in different non-profit organizations.

Mr Ousmane NDAO had a higher technician diploma in Marketing and a professional license "SERVICETIQUE, Computer Internet Services - option management assistance" ICT Virtual Campus of the University of Limoges (France) in partnership with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF). Ousmane NDAO had an experience of 12 years in the field of Information Technology. He had to hold the post of Chief of the cell site at the Trade Point Senegal integrating all aspects of project development of web sites or intranet. This experience has allowed evolution in an environment of software development ORBUS 2000 (application of electronic collection of documents for pre-clearance.) Operated and managed by GAINDE 2000 today. Apart from this experience in an institutional framework, it has developed capabilities of other services in graphics, multimedia and Internet services as a freelance.
Ousmane's international vision of services, expertise enabled him today to set up internet and multimedia services adapted to different environments including African and international (Senegal, Niger, USA, Spain ...)

Mr. Konte has a master in the field of media production and e- Advertisement and a master equivalent in Computer Science and Business Development from the Bordeaux Management School, France.

Mr. Konte has an extensive experience in network administration and referencing website acquired through its transition to the Trade Point Senegal, one of the historical organizations that brought the Web and Internet culture in Senegal. Konte has strong experience and formal training in the design and management of web portals. He served as team leader for conception, design and deployment of web projects.

Kamara has 8 years of professional experience in the field of data (system and network). He has an impressive record and experience in the field and this includes: Head of service and support network GAINDE2000, member of the technical team of Senegalese Customs.

He worked in key projects related to systems implementation such as ORBUS Senegal (a collection of electronic documents for pre-clearance), TRADEX Kenya (customs clearance system installed in Kenya), CORUS (system for electronic payment of duties and taxes in Senegal).

He is also founding Chair of the Pan-African Fora on Open Education Resources (OER) and Open Access (OA), that are held as part of the eLA Conference. Professor Diack is active researcher in the areas (a) Open Access and Open Education, (b) Assessment of Web 2.0 Technologies and Virtual Communities of Practice (VCP); (c) Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) design and assessment of VLEs in training, teaching and learning.
